Our space has multiple rooms, including an outdoor area - Each room has its unique vibe—a boutique-style venue with a reflection of cozy and sophisticated to give a feel of stylish comfort.

To reserve a date, email us at 409Woodbury@gmail.com. Tell us about your event- What is the occasion, how many people, and the date you would like to reserve so we can see if it is still available.
Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit our location.
We kindly request that all visits are by appointment only. We can arrange a site visit and answer the space
questions you may have.
We add a $200 cleaning fee regardless of reservation length.
Our cleaning fee does not include discarding catering-generated waste, personal belonging, or discarding decoration items. We require our clients to clear and remove any items they bring into the space and return them as found.
Our cleaning crew is limited to cleaning the premise to deep clean & sanitize the location.
-We have a refundable damage deposit of $500- in the event of damage to property or defacing of the physical space.
-We will also increase the cleaning fee if there is extra work for the cleaning crew, such as disposal of food left inside the premises.
- We ask for a (1)day liability insurance, which costs between $110 - $150. Or for the full-term use of the property.
Taxes are included in the price of your reservation.
Most decorations are allowed. If you need to affix items to the walls, please use painter's or
gaffer's tape to prevent paint removal. Please avoid using the 3M adhesive removal tap and
duct tape, as these items can remove the paint on the wall. Peeled paint will be a $150 minimum
charge (separate from the cleaning fee).
​We ask that you do not use loose glitter, sand, confetti, rice, or similar items, as this is difficult to
remove. If these items are found, an additional cleaning fee may be added in addition to
the cleaning fee.
Your reservation does not include food and beverage. We encourage you to bring in your own food and beverage or go with one of our highly recommended caterers.

We include four (4) 8' ft rectangle tables and 30 white padded resin chairs.
Extra rentals -We can help you order additional rentals from our vendors through us, but these are NOT included in the rental fee.
