Our space has multiple rooms, including a large outdoor area - Each room has its unique vibe—a boutique-style venue with a reflection of cozy and sophisticated to give a feel of stylish comfort.

Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit our location.

Yes.
We professionally clean and sanitize the venue before your event and after your event for the next host.
Indoor: $200
Outdoor: $300
All personal items, décor, rentals, and catering waste must be removed, and the space must be left as found.
Our cleaning fee does not include discarding catering-generated waste, personal belonging, or discarding decoration items. We require our clients to clear and remove any items they bring into the space and return them as found.
Our cleaning crew is limited to cleaning the premise to deep clean & sanitize the location.
Additional fees may apply depending on your event needs.
Examples include:
• Site Representative (required for all events)
• Overtime
• Security (for larger or alcohol-served events)
• Damage Deposit (refundable)
• Add-on rentals (tables, linens, equipment, etc.)
We’ll always outline all costs clearly in your proposal — no surprises.
Taxes are included in the price of your reservation.
Most decorations are allowed. If you need to affix items to the walls, please use painter's or
gaffer's tape to prevent paint removal. Please avoid using the 3M adhesive removal tap and
duct tape, as these items can remove the paint on the wall. Peeled paint will be a $150 minimum
charge (separate from the cleaning fee).
We ask that you do not use loose glitter, sand, confetti, rice, or similar items, as this is difficult to
remove. If these items are found, an additional cleaning fee may be added in addition to the cleaning fee.
Your reservation does not include food and beverage. We encourage you to bring in your own food and beverage or go with one of our highly recommended caterers. Please keep in mind that
although we offer three kitchen areas with a sink for client use, there is no stove or anywhere to heat up food. We do rent out our in-house chafing dishes to those interested, these include the fuel canisters.
Yes!
We include all black and blue chairs in the Woodbury Room, alongside the tables already set up which can be moved around to your desired set up. They comfortably seat 50 guests.
The Courtyard includes four (4) 8' ft rectangle tables and 40 white padded resin chairs.
Extra rentals -We can help you order additional rentals from our vendors through us, but these are NOT included in the rental fee.
We may also have other items that can be rented out through us to those interested. During our walkthrough together we can show you everything we have and talk pricing on items of interest.
Our space includes two private restrooms,
- Two (2) Rustic Wood Rectangle Tables
- 2 Wood Buffet Tables
- 2 White Folding Bar Carts
-Woodbury Room includes chairs already laid out
- In-house Props for use from the Treasure Closet
-The Courtyard includes 40 White Resin Chairs and (4) 8ft rectangle tables
